EVENT GUIDELINES:

1.ENTRY with valid tickets only. BRING a valid photo ID. The Organiser may direct an attendee at the Event to produce a valid ticket or pass at any time. Failure to do so, you will be asked to leave.
2. NO ALCOHOL. This is a youth friendly, culturally respectful, responsible event — so if you are found drinking, we will lovingly escort you to the nearest exit.
Drink water. Stay hydrated. Cry later.
3. NO SMOKING INCLUDING VAPES in and around the premises.
4. There will be a Police and Security operation in progress. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, organisers, and the general public. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
6. Attendees agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims related to their participation in the event.
7. Each attendee acknowledges that they are responsible for the safety and security of their own personal property and hereby release the Organiser from any liability for loss or damage (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage) to any personal property brought into any area of the Event. You will be liable financially and legally for any damage caused to the property of GYMA and Unity Hub Community Centre.
8. Bags, luggage, receptacles and personal property and effects are not to be left unattended within the Event venue.
