By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to all Terms and Conditions. All tickets are non-refundable. In the case that you can not attend, the resale of your ticket must be done so individually. Burdekin FC has the right to deny entry to any persons. Eviction from the event may occur on the basis of disrespect to organisers or staff, players/ officials, vandalism or property theft. The grounds of eviction will be decided by the Ladies Day committee.
The Event Participant acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Burdekin FC Ladies Day may expose the Event Participant and any Attendees to personal injury and loss to their personal property / belongings. The Event Participant and any Attendees accept those risks, and participate in an Event at their own risk;
All persons attending the event must be over the age of 18.
Burdekin FC staff and volunteers have the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any person under the age of 18, unduly intoxicated or disorderly, or the safety of the patron or others are in jeopardy.
