2. By purchasing a ticket, all guests agree to the terms and conditions herein.
3. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
4. Guests must be aged 18 years or above. Children aged 14-17 may attend with an adult guardian, who must sign a liability waiver on behalf of the child.
5. No other pets/animals to be brought onto the property.
6. 🗓️ Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or modify your workshop registration, our policy is outlined below. All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
➡️ Cancellations 14 Days or More Before the Workshop
If you submit your cancellation request 14 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop date, you may choose one of the following options:
• Workshop Transfer: You can transfer your registration to another upcoming workshop. This transfer option is valid only once per registration.
• Refund: You can request a refund of your registration fee, which will be processed minus a $100 administrative fee.
⚠️ Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel your registration less than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date, no refunds or transfers will be provided under normal circumstances.
However, if a replacement participant is found to take your spot—either by yourself or through an enquiry at our office—a refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) or a one-time transfer may be possible. Please note that any refund or transfer will only be processed after the replacement participant has fully paid their registration fee.

7. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. All bookings are conditional upon signing of liability waiver.
8. Safe horse handling is essential.
9. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or antisocial/disruptive may result in guest being asked to leave the property. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
