If 14 firm bookings are not received within two weeks prior to training the course may be cancelled. You will be notified, and a full refund will be offered. In the case of cancellation by a participant, the participant will need to inform us within 7 days of the start of the course and a full refund will be made. If you cannot attend, letting someone else come in you place is not a problem- but please let us know within 3 business days of the course commencing. Unfortunately without notification we can not refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
