By purchasing a ticket to the RAMS Netball 20 Year Celebration, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

* Ticket Purchases
A limited number of tickets are available and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Once table allocations have sold out, no additional tables will be released.
Ticket sales will close when capacity is reached or at the discretion of RAMS Netball.
Seating requests cannot be guaranteed unless tickets are purchased as part of the same table booking.

* Age Requirement
All attendees must be aged 18 years or over on the date of the event.
RAMS Netball reserves the right to request proof of age upon entry.

* Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person aged 18 years or over.
Any ticket transfer requests must be communicated to the event organisers prior to the event.

* Event Changes
RAMS Netball reserves the right to make changes to the event program, entertainment, venue layout or seating arrangements if required.
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refund arrangements will be communicated.

* Seating Arrangements
Guests purchasing a full table will be seated together where possible.
Individual ticket holders may be allocated seating by the event organisers.
RAMS Netball reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements to accommodate operational requirements.

* Photography & Media
Photographs and video may be taken throughout the event.
By attending, guests consent to their image being used by RAMS Netball for promotional, marketing and historical purposes, including social media, website and club publications.

* Responsible Behaviour
Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
RAMS Netball and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.

* Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requests, RAMS Netball cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
