1. TICKETS & ENTRY
Your ticket confirms your registration and must be presented at entry. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified.

2. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All prices are final.

3. REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. TRANSFERS
Tickets may be transferred to another participant with prior notice to the organiser.
Unauthorised resale or duplication will result in cancellation of the ticket.

5. ATTENDANCE & CONDUCT
Participants must arrive on time and follow instructor guidelines.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY
By attending, you confirm you are physically fit to participate.
Participation is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for any injuries sustained.

7. LIABILITY
The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop and used for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the organiser in advance.

9. EVENT CHANGES
The organiser reserves the right to change the schedule, instructor, or venue if required.
If the workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

10. AGREEMENT
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
