1. Ticketing and Entry
• Valid Tickets: Every attendee must present a valid ticket for scanning to gain entry.
• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided unless the Event is entirely cancelled.
• Wristbands: You must wear your entry wristband at all times. Removed or tampered wristbands are invalid.
• ID Requirements: This is an [All Ages / 18+] event. You must present photo ID upon request to purchase alcohol.
2. Outdoor Nature and Weather
• Rain or Shine: This is an all-weather outdoor event. It will proceed if it rains.
• No Cancellation for Rain: Refunds are not given due to poor weather
• Appropriate Clothing: Dress for an outdoor environment. Wear sensible footwear for uneven ground.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Items
• Permitted Items: Sealed water bottles, camp chairs, picnic blankets, and small snacks.
• Prohibited Items: Alcohol, food, glass containers, drones, weapons, and lasers.
• Searches: Security staff will search bags at the entrance. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
4. Alcohol and Behaviour
• Responsible Service: Alcohol is sold on-site under strict local licensing laws.
• Intoxication: Intoxicated or aggressive patrons will be removed immediately without a refund.
• Zero Tolerance: Anti-social behaviour, illegal drug use, and crowd surfing are strictly banned.
5. Health, Safety, and Environment
• Uneven Terrain: The outdoor venue features grassy areas, dirt paths, and natural slopes. Watch your step.
• Hearing Protection: High-volume live music can damage hearing. Please bring earplugs if needed.
• Littering: Use the provided recycling and waste bins. Respect the natural outdoor space.
6. Photography and Filming
• Consent to Record: By entering, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our official media team.
• Commercial Use: We may use these photos and videos for future promotional and marketing materials.
7. Liability and Right to Refuse Entry
• Risk Acceptance: You enter the outdoor venue at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or theft.
• Refusal of Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any person who breaches these terms.
