I acknowledge as a condition of my child's participation in The Hall Family Junior Carnival, I will be required to assist in a rostered duty and commit to undertaking this role. I understand that, as per information provided at registration, the ENA volunteering structure does not apply to this carnival. I also understand this duty may coincide with my child's game.

I further acknowledge that if my child consistently fails to show up to their regular competition training sessions and games, they may not be considered eligible to participate in the carnival.

I also understand that should be my child leave the event to attend another activity without prior consultation with the association, this may result in them being ineligible to participate further in the carnival.
