No refunds or transfers for no shows, please let us know if you are not able to attend to give someone else the opportunity to. Please understand most larger businesses require 24hr notice or won't offer a refund/ transfer at all, being a micro business requests after this time will not be refunded or transferred. Sending someone in your place is totally fine.
