Final workshop date, time and Gold Coast location will be confirmed based on attendee preferences and locations.

Refunds will only be available if the final confirmed session falls on a date/time the ticket holder clearly marked as “cannot attend” or unavailable when booking.

Change of mind, non-attendance, or failure to provide availability/preferences may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be made in writing after the final session details are confirmed. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process from the close of bookings, currently Thursday 9 July at 4:00pm.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or alternative option.

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee by contacting the organiser before bookings close.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
