No Show - No Refund
We receive and we are unable to absorb the cost of refunds if patrons are unable to attend. As such refunds are not available.

We will, however, happily accept a transfer of your ticket(s) to another person or persons. Let us know in advance and we will work with you to ensure that someone can enjoy the experience.
