1. Payment Methods & Processing
All casual passes, and workshop registrations must be processed securely online via the TryBooking Australia platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.2. Fee Structure & SurchargesTo keep our tuition fees as low as possible, TryBooking's ticketing service fees are passed on to the buyer.A $0.50 ticket booking fee applies per item.A 2.5% processing fee applies to all card and PayPal transactions.A 0.5% surcharge applies for payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Cancellations & Refunds
Change of Mind: Please choose your classes carefully. As per our policy and the TryBooking Customer Terms, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for change of mind or missed classes.Refund Exceptions: In the event of documented medical emergencies or extended illnesses, credit may be applied to future terms at the discretion of the studio director. Please contact us directly at Felicity Hader Dance Studio to discuss.
Booking Fees: Please note that in all circumstances, TryBooking's processing and booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Attendance and PunctualityConsistency: Regular attendance is essential for progress.
Arrival: Dancers should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled class time and warm up.
3. Health, Safety, and LiabilityPhysical Contact: To provide proper dance training, teachers may need to use strictly appropriate physical contact to correct posture, alignment, and technique.
Medical Conditions: Parents/guardians and all adult students must disclose any past or current injuries, medical conditions, or allergies upon enrolment.
Injury Waiver: Dance is a strenuous physical activity with an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you agree that you are physically fit and that the studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
First Aid: In the event of a medical emergency, instructors and staff are authorized to call emergency services and administer basic first aid. Any associated expenses are the responsibility of the student/parent.
4. Studio Etiquette and Code of ConductRespect: Students and families are expected to show courtesy and respect to all teachers, staff, and fellow dancers. Bullying or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Dress Code: Correct dancewear and footwear must be worn to every class. Hair must be secured neatly away from the face and neck.Valuables: The studio takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced property. We encourage students to leave valuables at home.
5. Media and Intellectual PropertyMedia Release: Unless otherwise stated in writing, the studio reserves the right to use photographs, audio, and video recordings of students taken during classes or events for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
Choreography: All choreography, costuming, and studio branding remain the intellectual property of the studio. They may not be reproduced, copied, or sold without express permission.
6. Modifications and Force MajeureSchedule Changes: The studio reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify class timetables and substitute teachers when necessary.Force Majeure: The studio is not liable for any cancellations, disruptions, or financial loss caused by events beyond its direct control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
