Student Ticket - $80 | Adult Ticket – $100 | Kids Ticket (7–14 yrs) – $40 | Under 7 – Free

⚠️ Please note: Age will be strictly verified at entry. Organizers reserve the right to request valid proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, passport, Medicare card, or school ID) for any child ticket or free-entry claim. Guests who cannot provide proof of age matching their ticket category may be required to pay the applicable ticket price at the door before entry is granted.

⚠️ Student ID strictly verified at entry for student tickets.

Ticket Validity

~ Each ticket admits one person only.
~ Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) for entry.
~ Age is calculated as at the event date, 19 September 2026.

Refunds & Cancellations

~ All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by Nalandians in Sydney Inc.
~ If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Seating & Reservations

~ This is a reserved table seating event.
~ Please ensure you provide your full name at the time of booking.
~ Table allocations will be finalized and communicated prior to the event by the organizing committee.
~ Requests for specific seating will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Event Entry

~ The event starts at 6:00 PM onwards. Latecomers may be admitted at an appropriate break in the program.
~ Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, damaged, or defaced.

Behaviour

~ Attendees must behave respectfully towards performers, organizers, and fellow guests.
~ Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Liability

~ Nalandians in Sydney Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.
~ Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

Alcohol & Food

~ BYO alcohol is permitted.
~ Food will be available at the venue (details to be confirmed).

Children

~ Kids Ticket ($40) applies to children aged 7 to 14 years (inclusive). Free entry applies to children under 7 years.
~ The organizing committee's decision on age verification and ticket eligibility at the door is final.
~ All children must be supervised at all times.

Raffle Draw (if applicable)

~ If a raffle draw is held, participants must keep their raffle ticket with them at all times.
~ Lost or misplaced raffle tickets will not be replaced, and the organizers will not be held responsible.
~ The raffle ticket must be presented to the organizers at the time of the draw to claim a prize.
~ All raffle draw participants must be inside the hall when the draw takes place.
~ If a winning ticket holder is not present, the prize will be redrawn.
~ The winner will be announced up to three times; if unclaimed, a redraw will occur.
~ The committee’s decision will be final in all matters relating to the raffle draw.
