Terms and Conditions  −  The Future Psychologist Hotline - Finessing the Applications

By booking a consultation with The Future Psychologist Hotline, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(1) The Future Psychologist Hotline provides educational, mentoring, coaching, and career development support for individuals interested in pursuing psychology training and careers. Services may include psychology pathway guidance, honours and masters application support, career planning, CV and personal statement feedback, Interview preparation and mock interviews, Application strategy and planning, Resource sharing and educational materials. This service is designed to provide information, guidance, and support only.

(2) Although Jasmine is a registered psychologist, services provided through The Future Psychologist Hotline are not psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, therapy, supervision, or healthcare services. Participation in this service does not establish a psychologist-client relationship. If you require mental health support, crisis support, assessment, treatment, or therapeutic services, you should seek assistance from an appropriate healthcare provider.

(3) While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful guidance, The Future Psychologist Hotline cannot guarantee admission into any psychology program, interview invitations, employment opportunities, scholarships, specific academic or professional outcomes. Admission and selection decisions remain the responsibility of individual universities and organisations.

(4) Clients remain responsible for:
- Meeting university application requirements
- Verifying application information and deadlines
- Making final decisions regarding applications and career pathways
- Submitting all documentation accurately and on time
Guidance provided should be considered educational and informational in nature.

(5) Information shared during consultations will be treated respectfully and confidentially. Information may only be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious concern regarding safety.

(6) Fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing paid support. Payment is required before scheduled consultations unless otherwise agreed.

(7) Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

(8) Resources, templates, guides, trackers, ebooks, and materials provided through The Future Psychologist Hotline are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

(9) Acknowledgement: By booking a consultation, I acknowledge that -
- I have read and understood this agreement.
- I understand that this is an educational and mentoring service.
- I understand that this service is not therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment.
- I understand that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
- I voluntarily choose to participate in this service.
