Year 12 Students are welcome to bring a guest along on the evening. If this person is over the age of 18 they MUST show a valid photo ID on arrival.

There will be no Pass Outs for the event.

All usual school expectations including the prohibition of alcoholic substances and smoking/vaping apply on the evening. Any student or guest found in breach of any school rule will be removed from the event and sent home.

The cost of the night is $25.00 per person which covers the costs of music, food, a drink on entry and and other incidentals. The night is a formal event and dress regulations will be enforced.

BOYS: Shirt, Tie, Dress Trousers, no runners
GIRLS: Appropriate length dresses, or dress trousers and blouse

Please note:-

• Additional Soft drink / water will be available for purchase during the evening.
• No bookings will be accepted after Wednesday 30 July
• If students are absent from school on the day of the formal, they are not permitted to go to the formal.
