By purchasing a ticket to DJ Jazzy's Fashion Meets Music 2026 – Superstar Era, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry on behalf of yourself and any persons attending under your booking.

1. Photography, Filming & Media Release: Fashion Meets Music is a professionally photographed and filmed live event. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded and grant Fashion Meets Music, DJ Jazzy, DSJ Music Group, their employees, contractors, sponsors, partners and authorised media the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice and appearance in photographs, video recordings and other media captured during the Event. This material may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, broadcast, print and future event purposes without compensation, notification or further approval. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should not purchase a ticket or attend the Event, as exclusion from event media cannot be guaranteed.

2. Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, illness, travel delays, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts or any other personal circumstances. Please ensure you have selected the correct ticket type and seating category before completing your purchase.

3. Seating: Tickets are valid only for the seating category purchased. Fashion Meets Music reserves the right to adjust seating allocations, venue layouts and production configurations where necessary for operational, production or safety reasons. Any changes will, wherever reasonably possible, remain within the same seating category.

4. Event Changes: Fashion Meets Music reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of the Event without prior notice, including but not limited to the event schedule, running order, performers, presenters, production elements, venue layout or seating configuration. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation. Should the Event be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control, any remedies available will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Dress Code: The dress code for the evening is Superstar Glam. Guests are encouraged to embrace the fun and excitement of the event by dressing in their own unique style. Sparkles, metallics and glamorous fashion are welcomed; however, dressing up is entirely optional, and there is absolutely no expectation to purchase a new outfit. As Fashion Meets Music is a family-friendly event, appropriate attire must be worn at all times.

6. Conditions of Entry & Code of Conduct: Fashion Meets Music is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, volunteers, staff and fellow guests. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without refund if their behaviour is considered disruptive, offensive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or likely to compromise the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others. Attendees must comply with all directions given by venue staff, event staff, volunteers and security personnel.

7. Parent & Guardian Conduct: To ensure the safety, wellbeing and smooth operation of the Event, backstage areas, dressing rooms, model holding areas and production zones are strictly restricted to authorised Fashion Meets Music crew, approved volunteers and registered participants only. Parents, guardians, family members and spectators are not permitted to enter these restricted areas at any time unless specifically authorised by the Event Director or Production Manager. Our backstage team is responsible for supervising models, coordinating outfit changes and ensuring the production runs safely and on schedule. We kindly ask parents and guardians to respect these procedures and allow our team to care for participants during rehearsals and the live show. Failure to comply with these requirements or repeated attempts to access restricted areas may result in removal from the backstage area or, where necessary, removal from the venue without refund.

8. VIP Ticket Inclusions: Diamond Luxe and Diamond ticket holders will receive one (1) Fashion Meets Music VIP Gift Bag per ticket purchased. Gift bag contents may vary and are subject to change without notice. Gift bags have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted.

9. Liability: All attendees enter and attend the Event at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fashion Meets Music, DJ Jazzy, DSJ Music Group, their directors, employees, volunteers, contractors and affiliates accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft or damage to persons or personal property occurring before, during or after the Event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. General Conditions & Acceptance of Terms: By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all Conditions of Entry, venue rules and directions issued by Fashion Meets Music staff, volunteers, venue personnel and security. Entry to the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. The organisers reserve the right to conduct bag inspections where permitted by law, refuse entry, or remove any person from the Event without refund if they are found in possession of prohibited items, fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, breach venue policies, or engage in behaviour that is considered disruptive, unsafe or likely to compromise the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other attendees.
