By purchasing a ticket to Matilda JR., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Tickets & Seating
Validity: All tickets must be presented at the entrance (either printed or on a digital device) for entry.
Seating: Assigned Seating applies.
Late Arrivals: Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of the front-of-house staff.

2) Refunds & Exchanges
Final Sale: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers.
Exchanges: Ticket exchanges for an alternative showtime may be permitted up to 24 hours prior to showtime, subject to availability.

3) Venue & Audience Etiquette
Children & Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Recording & Photography: Due to copyright and licensing regulations, no audio recording, video recording, or flash photography is permitted during the performance.
Food & Drink: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the theatre (water bottles excluded).

4. Event Changes & Cancellations
In the event of a show cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered a choice between a full refund or an exchange for a rescheduled performance.
