BUILD Your Best Life™ – Ticket & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you’re unable to attend BUILD Your Best Life™, the following cancellation policy applies:

30 days or more before the event: You may cancel and receive a full refund of the ticket price paid, less any non-refundable TryBooking booking or processing fees.

14–29 days before the event: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund of the ticket price paid, less any non-refundable TryBooking booking or processing fees.

Less than 14 days before the event: Tickets are non-refundable, including in the case of non-attendance.

Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket. Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event. Please contact us at support@johnpeitzman.com so we can update the attendee details.

If BUILD Your Best Life™ is cancelled by the Event Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price in accordance with applicable law. If the event is rescheduled, we’ll contact ticket holders with the options available.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive email communications from the Event Organiser relating to BUILD Your Best Life™ and your attendance at the event.

TryBooking booking and processing fees are subject to TryBooking’s own refund terms and may be non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
