1. You warrant that you are the parent, the legal guardian or the authorised carer for the child/ren you are booking in for sessions.
2. You acknowledge that during the Maggie Moo Music sessions you (or an authorised guardian) must take responsibility for your child/ren and remain present at all times.
3. You acknowledge that Maggie Moo Music accepts no responsibility for personal loss or injury sustained during sessions. You remain responsible for the safety of yourself and your child/ren.
4. Payment is to be paid prior to the commencement of session.
5. Maggie Moo Music Manjimup & Surrounds does not offer refunds on tickets purchases with exception of the event being cancelled by the Event Organiser. Note: A minimum number of tickets must be sold for this event to go ahead. Refunds will be offered if this event has to be cancelled by the Event Organiser.
6. Maggie Moo Music Manjimup & Surrounds may occasionally take photos or videos of our music sessions. These materials may be used for marketing and advertising of Maggie Moo Music if you have given us permission to do so.
7. If you wish to take photographs or videos, please seek permission first. Maggie Moo Music Manjimup & Surrounds encourages you to only photograph your own child. We would ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and always stop filming/taking photos should they be asked to do so and not replicate any materials unless given permission to do so.
8. We discourage "snacking" during this event. Please do so before or after the event or if your child must, please sit to the side.
