Ticketing
Tickets must be purchased through TryBooking.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Tickets are not transferable without prior approval from the organisers.
Ticket sales close Thursday, 5 November 2026.

Attendance
Each ticket admits only the number of guests specified on the ticket purchased.
Only graduating Year 6 students may attend as children. No siblings or additional children are permitted.
Families with more than one graduating student will be contacted separately regarding the sibling discount.

Arrival
Doors open at 5:45pm.
Formalities commence promptly at 6:15pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive before the commencement of the official program.

Photography & Videography
Photographs and video may be taken throughout the event to commemorate the evening.

Slideshow
Families are invited to submit a maximum of 5 photos per graduating student to wondallgradphotos2026@gmail.com by Monday, 5 October 2026.
Submitted photos will be used in the graduation slideshow.

Behaviour
This is a school community event. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards students, families, staff and venue personnel.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask any person to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

Venue
Please respect the facilities of the Wynnum RSL Club.
Any damage caused by attendees may be the responsibility of the person responsible for the damage.

Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements must be advised by the RSVP/ticket closing date where requested.

Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule if required.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Wynnum RSL Club practises Responsible Service of Alcohol. Guests must comply with all venue policies relating to the service and consumption of alcohol.
