**Interclub 2026 – Audience Ticket Terms & Conditions**
Hosted by Camden Valley Physie (Affiliated with the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture / Burns Association of Physical Culture)

1. **Ticket Purchase**
All audience tickets must be purchased in advance or at the venue (subject to availability). Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

2. **Refunds & Exchanges**
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend.

3. **Event Changes**
Camden Valley Physie reserves the right to amend the event schedule, venue, or program where necessary. Any changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.

4. **Admission Conditions**
All attendees must follow venue rules and directions from event staff. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

5. **Child Supervision**
Children attending as audience members must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6. **Photography & Media**
By purchasing a ticket, attendees understand that there is to be no videography or photography. Club teachers will organise photos of participants in designated photography area.

7. **Safety & Liability**
Attendees enter at their own risk. Camden Valley Physie and affiliated organisations are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.

8. **Compliance**
This event operates in accordance with the guidelines of the Burns Association of Physical Culture and relevant venue and safety regulations.

9. **Entry Refusal**
Camden Valley Physie reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

10. **Agreement**
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
