Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Tickets are transferable to another person if you can no longer attend. Please notify the organisers of any transfer prior to the event.

Entry is subject to venue capacity and event requirements. Attendees may be refused entry or asked to leave for inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the event, except where required by law.

Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you advise the organisers otherwise.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, venue, timing or speakers/entertainment if required.

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with a refund of the ticket purchase price.

Responsible service of alcohol applies where alcohol is available. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.
