1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and may be requested at the time of the enrolled training session.

2. It is not transferable.

3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

4. Refunds are only available at the discretion of the Xavier Snowsports in conjunction with Mt Buller Race Department and/or Snowsports Australia.

5. Xavier Snowsports TIC’s reserve the right to refuse entry ie. Incorrect uniform.

8. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.

10. This ticket entitles the student to one training lesson/event entry. Tickets cannot be exchanged for entry into other training sessions on the day of the event.


PLEASE NOTE:

Training
Students not attending this Qualifying Event will not be eligible for a division A team placement. Variations to this policy need to be submitted in writing to the Teachers’ In Charge Snowsports prior to the Qualifying Event/Time Trial.

The Xavier College Championships can be done in isolation or as a pre cursor to the Victorian Interschool Snowsports Championship. The results from this event will be used in the formation of teams at all levels for the Victorian Interschools Snowsports Competition 2022.

Interschools Week
The format is set up so that students will not be required to attend more than 3 days for the week.

All students should try to enter in at least 2 events to maximise participation and improve the points collated by the Xavier Snowsports team.

It is the schools expectation that all students will return to school when they have completed their races.

Presentations are held each night at a venue to be confirmed. Attendance is expected on those occasions when the Xavier Snowsports team has achieved a podium finish in any event. Notification will be given via text message on the day. Students must wear their Xavier College Snowsports uniform on these occasions.
