By submitting an application to exhibit at the Spring Fair Art Exhibition, the artist (or parent/guardian where applicable) grants permission for the Spring Fair organisers and school to use submitted images of artwork, artist photographs (if provided), and artist information (including name, artwork title, and description) for the purpose of promoting the Spring Fair.
This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed promotional materials, digital marketing, school communications, social media, websites, and press coverage related to the event.
No additional approval or compensation will be required for the use of these materials in connection with the promotion of the Spring Fair.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
