Stillness Reset Co. – Booking Terms & Liability Waiver
By purchasing this ticket and completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your participation in classes, workshops, retreats, or events (collectively, the "Experiences") hosted by Stillness Reset Co.:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that the Experiences may include restorative movement, yin yoga, sound bath meditation, breathwork, mindset coaching, and energy healing. You acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including potential physical strain or emotional release. You voluntarily participate with full knowledge of these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety, well-being, and experience.

2. Health & Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to booking if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns. Stillness Reset Co. practitioners are not licensed medical professionals, and these holistic practices are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. You agree to notify the facilitator of any physical limitations before the session begins.

3. Release of Liability: You voluntarily and expressly waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against Stillness Reset Co., its founders, guest facilitators, and venue hosts. You release them from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or distress resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Personal Belongings: Stillness Reset Co. is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought to any in-person studio, event space, or retreat location.

5. Cancellations & Refunds: (Note: Adjust this to fit your actual policy) Tickets and bookings are generally non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us directly for extenuating circumstances.

6. Media & Photography: We occasionally capture respectful photos or videos during our Experiences for community sharing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this. However, your comfort is our priority—if you wish to opt out, simply inform the facilitator upon arrival and you will not be included in any media.

By proceeding with this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and intend for this agreement to serve as a complete and unconditional release of liability.
