2-Day Public Speaking Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

By enrolling your child in the 2-Day Public Speaking Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Attendance
This is a two-day workshop. Your booking secures your child's place for both days.
Children are expected to attend both days to gain the full benefit of the program.

Participation
The workshop includes group discussions, interactive activities, speaking exercises, and presentations in a supportive learning environment.
Every effort is made to encourage participation; however, children will not be forced to speak beyond their comfort level. Confidence is developed progressively throughout the workshop.

Food
Children are required to bring a light lunch, morning tea, and a clearly labelled water bottle.
This is a strictly nut-free and sesame-free workshop. Please do not pack any food containing nuts, nut products, sesame, or sesame-containing products (including tahini) due to severe allergies.

Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs at the time of booking.
If a child becomes unwell during the workshop, parents/guardians or the nominated emergency contact may be asked to collect them.

Behaviour
Children are expected to treat staff and fellow participants with respect and contribute positively to the workshop environment.
If a child's behaviour significantly disrupts the workshop or compromises the wellbeing of others, parents/guardians may be contacted. In serious circumstances, After School Kids Tutoring reserves the right to withdraw a child from the workshop without a refund.

Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not consent to your child appearing in photographs or videos, please notify After School Kids Tutoring in writing before the workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.
If After School Kids Tutoring cancels the workshop, a full refund or transfer to another workshop date will be offered.

Liability
Every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. Early Learners Prep accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings and is not liable for injury or loss except where required by Australian law.
Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
The information you have provided about your child is accurate and complete.
You consent to your child participating in the 2-Day Public Speaking Workshop under the conditions outlined above.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
