Brain Training School Holiday Workshop – Terms & Conditions:

By enrolling your child in the Brain Training School Holiday Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation & Parent Consent:

I give permission for my child to participate in all supervised workshop activities, including movement-based games and exercises conducted indoors.

I acknowledge that, while all reasonable precautions are taken to provide a safe environment, participation in physical activities involves an inherent risk of minor injury.

I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate or that I have advised Early Learners Prep of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional support needs that may affect their participation.

I understand that if my child becomes unwell, is injured, or is unable to participate safely, I (or my nominated emergency contact) may be contacted and asked to collect them.

Clothing
Children must wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes suitable for movement-based activities.

Food
Children are required to bring a light lunch, morning tea, and a clearly labelled water bottle.
This is a strictly nut-free and sesame-free workshop. To protect children with severe allergies, please do not pack any food containing nuts, nut products, sesame, or sesame-containing products (including tahini).

Behaviour
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, fellow participants, and workshop equipment.
If a child's behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others, parents/guardians may be contacted. In serious circumstances, After School Kids Tutoring reserves the right to withdraw a child from the workshop without a refund.

Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not consent to your child appearing in photographs or videos, please notify After School Kids Tutoring in writing prior to the workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.

If After School Kids Tutoring cancels the workshop, a full refund or transfer to another workshop date will be offered.

Liability
Every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment. To the extent permitted by law, After School Kids Tutoring is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the workshop, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
The information you have provided about your child is accurate and complete.
You consent to your child participating in the Brain Training School Holiday Workshop under the conditions outlined above.
