Strict No Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, illness, personal circumstances, travel delays, or inability to attend. Refunds will only be issued where required by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

No Photography or Video Recording
The use of cameras, mobile phones, or any recording devices is strictly prohibited during this performance. This is to ensure the privacy and safety of all performers and to protect the intellectual property of choreographers. Breaches of this policy may result in removal from the venue.

Conditions of Entry
Entry is subject to venue conditions. Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The British Ballet Organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who fails to comply with these terms.
