• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the organiser cancels the event.
• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted regarding refund arrangements.
• Event date, start time, match card and advertised wrestlers are subject to change without notice.
• A responsible adult must accompany children under 18 years of age at all times.
• Seating is allocated according to the ticket category purchased.
• Ringside seating is available on a first-purchased basis within the designated ringside area.
• Patrons must comply with all venue rules and directions from venue staff, security personnel and event organisers.
• Disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
• The event may contain loud noises, flashing lights and theatrical effects.
• By attending this event, patrons consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. Images may be used by Hexham Bowling Club and All-Star Wrestling Australia.
• No professional cameras, video recording equipment or live streaming of the event without prior written approval from the organiser.
• Entry may be refused to any person deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
• Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
• Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
