EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No refunds available on tickets or merchandise sold.
• In the case of the event being cancelled, tickets or merchandise will be refunded minus any processing and/or transaction fees.
• All tickets must be checked-in and presented to the Kiosk in the venue foyer to receive a wristband for admission.
• All patrons entering the auditorium are encouraged to use hand sanitiser before entry (provided).
• Anyone attending this event must abide by operating procedures throughout the venue.
• Children 2 years and under do not need to purchase a ticket but are required to sit on the lap of a paying Adult.
• Performer's Passes will be issued for the July 2026 competitions.
To receive free entry into the auditorium, Performers must present their pass at the theatre door.
Please note: We cannot exceed auditorium capacity allocations, so numbers of Performer's Passes allowed in each session, may be limited.
• Please respect others by practicing appropriate physical distancing throughout the venue wherever possible.
• Please observe any Covid regulations if needed to be in place for this event.
• ON STAGE P.A.C. takes no responsibility for anyone contracting Covid or any other health issues during this event.

AUDITORIUM TERMS & CONDITIONS
These competitions offer a great platform for students of all ages and levels of experience and expertise to perform their items in a safe, positive and friendly environment. Our aim is to help build confidence and self esteem, whilst encouraging their technical growth and performance development.

To assist with the smooth running of the ON STAGE Performing Arts Competitions, and to preserve the spirit of our ‘friendly comps’, please observe and adhere to the following:
• Everyone should ensure that they have read and understand the competition rules*. These can be viewed at the following places: Information package, on our website www.onstagepac.com.au, on the online registration website, as well as hardcopies at the various stations at this event.
*You will be informed of further updates if needed to meet operating requirements at the time of this event running.
• The competition venue is a non-smoking venue and does not allow chewing gum in any area.
• Due to copyright conditions and regulations, the recording of performances (either visual or sound) is not permitted.
No private or unauthorised video, sound or camera equipment is to be brought or used in the auditorium, backstage or holding/dressing rooms. Mobile phones with camera facility must not be used.
Contravention of this condition may result in disqualification of the competitor(s).
A ‘one warning policy’, followed by ‘eviction’ from the theatre or backstage area will be in place for all people who
ignore this rule or any of the competition rules.
• ON STAGE P.A.C. reserve the right to take photos and use images for promotions, social media & websites.
All ON STAGE Committee members hold current ‘Working With Children’ cards.
• Mobile phones must be turned off in the Auditorium, Backstage Areas and dressing rooms.
(Don’t put on ‘silent’, as incoming calls & texts still affect the sound system). A ‘one warning policy’, followed by
‘eviction’ from the theatre or backstage area will be in place for all people who ignore this rule or any of the rules.
• Please do not approach the adjudicators.
• Food and drinks are NOT permitted inside the auditorium or dressing rooms. (Water only permitted.)
• All audience members are expected to be quiet & behave in an acceptable manner whilst in the auditorium.
This must be respected or you will be asked to leave.
• Please respect physical distancing and operating procedures. Observe any Covid regulations if in place for this event.
• Please ensure that all young children are accompanied by an adult inside the auditorium.
No child is to sit unattended in the front three rows of the auditorium.
• No prams are permitted in the auditorium as per venue regulations. (Safety/evacuation hazard)
• Audience members will only be allowed to enter and exit the auditorium in between items.
This will be strictly enforced so as not to disrupt the performer(s) on stage.
• Performer's Passes will be issued for the July 2026 competitions. To receive free entry into the auditorium, Performers must present their pass at the theatre door.

• All passes allocated must be worn at all times for admittance to the auditorium or the backstage area.
You’ll be refused entry without your pass and be required to pay for entry.
Passes will be confiscated if misused or worn by anyone other than for whom they are intended.
Penalties will be in place, including being banned from the competitions – watching or performing.
• Anyone attending this event must abide by operating procedures throughout the venue & observe any Covid regulations if in place.
• Lost property: Please check at kiosk during the competitions or contact the Competition Co-ordinator.
• In the case of an emergency, please follow instructions from compere, teachers and competition helpers.

DRESSING ROOMS
• They are not be holding areas – strictly changing rooms only. We encourage arriving in first costume and using change rooms only if necessary, to change for other performances in that session.
• No personal belongings are to be left in the change rooms. No responsibility will be taken for personal belongings.
• Males will not be permitted in the Female dressing rooms, nor will females be permitted in the Male dressing rooms. Guests & friends are not permitted in the dressing rooms. One dresser per person if required.
• At no point are any photos or videos to be taken inside the change room space.
• Individuals found in these areas, that shouldn’t be there, will be asked to move on by workers and teachers.
