To check in at the event, please make sure you have your ticket (printed or on smart phone) ready for scanning by our volunteers at the front entry.

Refunds can be given - 100% if requested before Saturday 15th August 2026 or if a replacement purchase can be made within the week of the event.

Please do not give or sell your ticket to another person. Please contact us for any changes. This ensures the safety of all ticket sales and avoids fraudulent sales occurring.

If you are feeling unwell in anyway, please do not attend our event. We will miss you but it is important not to spread any illness.
