TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter the event program, schedule, performers, seating arrangements, venue layout, ticket categories, inclusions, or other event details without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
3. If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the Event Organiser's control, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser unless otherwise required by law.
4. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue unavailability, government restrictions, public health concerns, performer illness, transport disruptions, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
5. Attendees enter and participate in the event entirely at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, performers, venue owners and associated parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, illness, death, personal property loss, or consequential loss arising from attendance at the event.
6. BYO alcohol is permitted. Attendees are solely responsible for their own consumption of alcohol and behaviour. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, offensive, illegal, or likely to negatively impact the enjoyment or safety of others.
7. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without refund where the attendee fails to comply with venue rules, applicable laws, event policies, or reasonable directions given by event staff.
8. Photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may be taken during the event. By attending the event, attendees consent to the use of their image, voice and likeness in promotional, marketing and media materials without compensation.
9. Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate.
10. Participation in raffle draws, competitions, giveaways and special event activities is subject to organiser discretion and availability.
11. Opportunities to perform on stage with Ranil Mallawarachchi are subject to event scheduling, technical requirements, artist approval and organiser discretion. No cash alternative is available.
12. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
