Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your deposit. By paying the deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your ticket to the Year 10 Formal. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit confirms your intention to attend and reserves your place at the event.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
1. Personal illness or injury
2. Change of plans or personal circumstances
3. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date
4. Disciplinary action or suspension from the event

3. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of the ticket price must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your ticket reservation.
4. Ticket Transferability
Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the event organiser. Any unauthorised transfer of tickets will result in both the original and transferred ticket being cancelled without refund.
5. Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Year 10 Formal is cancelled or significantly altered by the organiser (e.g. change of date or venue), ticket holders will be notified as soon as practicable. Where the event is cancelled entirely by the organiser, deposits may be refunded at the organiser’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for changes to event details that do not constitute a full cancellation.
6. Conduct & Entry
Entry to the Year 10 Formal is subject to compliance with the school’s code of conduct and any event-specific rules communicated prior to the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with these standards, without any entitlement to a refund.
