Total Ticket Price is the ticket value plus 50c per ticket plus 2.5% card transaction fee.
All "last man standing" ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once a ticket is purchased.
Last Man Standing – Terms and Conditions
1. Event Overview
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Reverse Raffle (“the Raffle”) conducted by Brimbank Stallions FC(“the Organiser”).
1.2. The total prize pool for the Raffle is $8,000.
1.3. Each ticket is sold for $100.
1.4. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of ticket purchase.
2.2. Tickets may not be purchased on behalf of minors.
2.3. Committee members or organisers may participate unless prohibited by local regulations.
2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry if necessary.

3. Ticket Sales
3.1. Tickets are priced at $100 each and are non refundable.
3.2. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold.
3.3. Ticket sales close on August 17 at 8.00pm or earlier if sold out.
3.4. Each ticket is assigned a unique number.
3.5. Proof of purchase must be retained by the participant.
3.6 Any tickets not sold prior to the event will be offered through an auction at the event

4. How the Reverse Raffle Works
4.1. In a reverse raffle, the last ticket drawn wins the major prize.
4.2. All ticket numbers will be placed into the draw barrel before the event begins.
4.3. Tickets will be drawn one at a time and eliminated from the running.
4.4. The final remaining ticket will be declared the Grand Prize Winner.
4.5. Additional consolation prizes or spot prizes may be awarded at the Organiser’s discretion and will be announced prior to the draw.

5. Prize Details
5.1. The Grand Prize is $8,000.
5.2. The prize is paid via bank transfer or cheque within 14 days of the winner providing valid identification and payment details.
5.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.
5.4. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for tax implications; winners should seek independent financial advice.

6. Draw Procedure
6.1. The draw will take place on August 22nd at Club Italia’s Members bar.
Club Italia Sporting Club, 128-132 Furlong Rd. St Albans.
6.2 The draw will begin at 7.00pm. The number and time of draws will be reflective of the table below
Time of draw Number of balls drawn as a percentage bought to the nearest unit. The last two draw times will be at 10.45pm and 11.00pm for 2 balls each.

9.00pm Between 16-20 balls

6.2. The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
6.3. Participants do not need to be present to win unless explicitly stated prior to the event.
6.4. The Organiser’s decision regarding the draw results is final and binding.

7. Unclaimed Prizes
7.1. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the Organiser may conduct a redraw or allocate the prize according to local raffle regulations.
7.2. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details provided at purchase.

8. Cancellation or Postponement
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Raffle due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
8.3. If postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new draw date.

9. Liability
9.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or illegible tickets.
9.2. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by participants arising from or in connection with the Raffle, except where required by law.
9.3. Participants release the Organiser from all claims relating to the conduct of the Raffle.

11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Purchasing a ticket and entering Club Italia provides and allows the promoter to use your image for marketing of Club Italia or other events promoted or facilitated at Club Italia. The purchaser of ticket or person(s) entering the event hosted by the Club Italia have no legal recourse or are not entitled to any compensation from the Club Italia.
