Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for profit without the Event Organiser's express written permission.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless required by consumer protection law or if the event is entirely cancelled.
By attending the event, you grant the Event Organiser the right to record, film, and photograph your likeness, image, and voice. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter the event program, lineup, venue, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle the Attendee to a refund.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual acting in a threatening, intoxicated, or disorderly manner.
Items prohibited at the venue include include:
a. Confetti, glitter, helium balloons, streamers, talcum powder or similar;
b. Flammable substances and poisons;
c. Additional furniture and equipment other than small items and stationery;
d. Open food and beverages (apart from water);
e. Animals, apart from authorised service animals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser and venue hold no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury sustained during the event.
