Terms & Conditions

• Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) staff will not be attending. Fathers or guardians take
full responsibility for the supervision and welfare of their children at all times.

• Fathers and guardians are required to supervise at all times their children in and around the
enclosed pool areas. Whilst best efforts are taken to ensure general safety of all in
attendance on the camp, CCGS or the camp organisers take no responsibility for the
supervision and safety of camp attendee’s.

• Only enrolled CCGS Junior School children can attend with their father, legal male guardian
or approved supervisor.

• A minimal alcohol on-site policy applies to the camp and fathers are expected to behave
responsibly and sensibly in this regard.

• Payment is due up front by as we have to pay for the camp in advance. Payment is to be made via one of the payment methods available on the registration portal.

• Cancellations must be received by email no later than Friday 9th of November. Refunds for
cancellations after this date with or without notification will not be given unless the booking
can be filled and full camp costs will be retained to ensure the camp remains financial.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
