ENDURO CONNECT COMMUNITY – TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PERSONAL LIABILITY
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that motorcycle riding, specifically off-road enduro and trail riding, is a dangerous recreational activity that involves significant risks of physical harm, permanent disability, property damage, or death. You explicitly agree that you are participating entirely at your own risk.

2. RIDER & VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
By completing this booking, you warrant and agree that:
• You hold a valid, current motorcycle rider's licence appropriate for your vehicle.
• Your motorcycle is mechanically sound, well-maintained, and has appropriate registration (or conditional registration where applicable) for public roads, fire trails, and forestry areas.
• You will wear compliant, Australian Standards-approved safety equipment at all times, including a helmet, proper riding boots, goggles, and body protection.

3. SKILL LEVEL & GROUP CONDUCT
Enduro Connect events cover varied and challenging terrain. It is your sole responsibility to assess whether your skill level and physical fitness are adequate for the specific grade of this ride. You agree to ride in a controlled, responsible manner, stay with the designated group, and follow all instructions provided by the ride coordinator or designated trail leaders.

4. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Enduro Connect, its organizers, administrators, volunteers, and fellow riders from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any personal injury, psychological trauma, loss of life, or property damage sustained during the event, howsoever caused.

5. MEDICAL & AMBULANCE COVER
You acknowledge that Enduro Connect does not provide medical or accident insurance. It is highly recommended that all participants maintain private health cover and active Ambulance Cover, as emergency extraction from remote forestry locations can incur significant personal expenses.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
