By purchasing a ticket or entering Ascot Vale Neighbourhood Hall on 15 August 2026 in connection with Quest Fest '26, you're agreeing to these Terms.
1) Before You Arrive
1.1) Tickets
~ Online only via Tribooking. Sales close 10:00pm, 7 August 2026. No door sales.
~ Each ticket admits one person. You may need to show your confirmation on arrival.
~ Platform booking fees are shown at checkout. Refund of those fees depends on the platform's policies.
1.2) Transfers
~ Contact illumineersvic@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the Event. We may refuse where reasonably necessary (e.g., fraud, scalping, capacity, or platform restrictions).
1.3) Refunds
~ 7+ days out — ticket-price refund (excluding platform fees).
~ Within 7 days — generally not available for change of mind, but we'll consider exceptional circumstances reasonably.
~ Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1.4) If We Cancel or Make a Major Change
~ Cancelled and not rescheduled — full ticket-price refund.
~ Rescheduled or relocated — your ticket stays valid, but if you can't attend, request a refund within 14 days of us notifying you.
~ A "material change" means a date change, significant venue change, or substantial reduction in ticket inclusions.
~ We may make minor programme tweaks (e.g., adjusting times or swapping a small activity) — we'll let you know where we can.
2) Young Attendees
~ By completing a booking, consent from a parent or guardian has been given to attendees under 18.
~ Under 16 — must be with a parent or guardian at all times.
~ Ages 16–17 — may attend alone.
~ Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child. We don't take on supervisory responsibility for minors.
~ If we need to remove a minor, we'll try to contact their parent/guardian. Under-16s won't be released without their adult. 16+ may leave independently unless we believe it's unsafe.
3) On the Day
~ Cashless Event All purchases — merchandise, food, drinks, extra booster packs — are card/tap only.
~ Activities Some activities (e.g., Chaos Sealed) require buying additional booster packs on the day. These aren't included in your ticket and availability may be limited.
~ Entry and Capacity Entry may be temporarily paused to stay within venue limits — this may mean short queues at peak times. If we can't admit you within a reasonable time, you can request a ticket-price refund.
~ Food and Drinks Snacks and beverages available for purchase. We take reasonable care, but you consume at your own risk. Let staff know about allergies before buying.
4) Behaviour
~ Be respectful. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or seriously disruptive behaviour won't be tolerated.
~ We can refuse entry or remove anyone who seriously breaches these Terms or behaves unsafely — with or without warning. No refund for removal due to serious misconduct.
~ Follow reasonable directions from Event staff.
~ Card and merchandise trades are private deals at your own risk. We won't mediate or reverse them.
5) Your Property
~ Attendance is at your own risk.
~ We're not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings (cards, accessories, phones, bags). Keep them secure.
~ This doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be excluded by law.
6) Photos and Privacy
~ We may photograph/film for community and promotional use. If you'd rather not appear, let us know on arrival.
~ Other attendees may also photograph or film — we can't control that.
~ We may share de-identified, aggregated stats (e.g., attendees by region) with game stores, distributors, or sponsors. We won't share anything that identifies you personally (name, email, phone, booking info) without your consent, unless required by law.
~ Personal info we collect is used to run the Event and communicate with you — nothing else, except as described above or required by law.
7) Emergencies
~ In an emergency, follow Event staff directions and the venue's evacuation procedures.
8) The Fine Print
~ Quest Fest '26 is a community event — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Ravensburger AG.
~ These Terms are governed by Victorian law. Disputes go to Victorian courts.
