Terms & Conditions

The Melton Broncos Presentation Evening is a celebration of our players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, respectful and memorable evening, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Respectful Behaviour

All guests are expected to treat players, coaches, volunteers, officials, venue staff and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect. Bullying, abusive, offensive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. No External Food or Alcohol.

No outside food, alcohol or beverages are permitted to be brought into the venue unless prior approval has been granted by the venue or event organisers.

3. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. Valid photo identification may be required. The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated person.

4. Children

Children under 18 years of age must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.

5. Dress Code – Strictly Formal Attire

This is a **STRICTLY FORMAL** event and all guests are required to dress accordingly.

Acceptable attire includes:

* Suits
* Dress shirts and ties
* Formal dresses
* Evening wear
* Equivalent formal attire

The following items are **NOT PERMITTED**:

* Baseball caps
* Beanies
* Sports jerseys
* Hoodies
* Tracksuits
* Casual T-shirts
* Ripped jeans
* Shorts
* Singlets
* Thongs or slides
* Any other casual clothing or footwear

Guests who do not comply with the dress code **may be refused entry** at the discretion of the Melton Broncos Committee and venue management.

6. Photography & Social Media

Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the evening for Melton Broncos promotional purposes and social media platforms. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded unless they advise event organisers prior to the event.

7. Awards & Presentations

We ask all guests to remain respectful and minimise noise during award presentations so every recipient can be acknowledged and celebrated.

8. Venue Care

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or those in their care and may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.

9. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas as determined by the venue.

10. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests

The Melton Broncos Committee and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event if they:

* Fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
* Are intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.
* Engage in violent, abusive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour.
* Wear clothing that does not meet the formal dress code.
* Behave in a manner that compromises the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others.

No refunds will be provided to guests refused entry or removed from the event due to a breach of these conditions.
