Faith & Fire Invitational 2026 - Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Faith & Fire Invitational ("the Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Event is organised by SMYM Adelaide South ("the Organisers").

Venue: Reynella East College, Adelaide, South Australia
1. Your Ticket
1.1. A valid ticket is required for entry. Please have your ticket (printed or on your phone) ready to show on arrival.
1.2. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated. Children's and concession tickets, where offered, must be used by the eligible person.
1.3. Tickets are issued for personal use. Tickets must not be resold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes without the Organisers' written permission.
1.4. The Organisers are not responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, or for tickets purchased from anyone other than the official TryBooking page.
1.5. A ticket may be invalidated, and entry refused, if any of these conditions are breached.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
2.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
2.2. If the Event is cancelled in full by the Organisers, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket price. Booking or transaction fees may be non-refundable.
2.3. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will generally remain valid for the new date. Where this is not possible, refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
2.4. No refund will be given for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure, or where entry is refused or a ticket holder is removed due to a breach of these terms.
3. Entry & Admission
3.1. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who breaches these terms, behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive, or who fails to follow the reasonable directions of Event staff and venue officials.
3.2. Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or cannot be verified.
3.3. Ticket holders may be subject to reasonable security or bag checks as a condition of entry.
3.4. The Organisers may restrict or refuse re-entry to the venue.
4. Conduct at the Event
4.1. The Faith & Fire Invitational is a celebration of sport, fellowship, and faith. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in good spirit at all times.
4.2. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or violent behaviour, intoxication, or any conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others will not be tolerated.
4.3. Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking or vaping are prohibited except in any designated areas where permitted by the venue.
4.4. Ticket holders must comply with all venue rules and the directions of Event staff, referees, and officials.
4.5. Attendees removed for misconduct are not entitled to a refund.
5. Children & Supervision
5.1. Children attending as spectators remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. The Organisers do not provide supervision for children.
6. Health & Safety
6.1. Ticket holders enter and remain at the venue at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of any children in their care.
6.2. Please follow all safety signage and the directions of Event and venue staff, and report any hazard, incident, or injury to a staff member.
7. Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers, SMYM Adelaide South, the venue, and their respective volunteers, officers, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness suffered by a ticket holder arising from or in connection with attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.2. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.3. Ticket holders are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
8. Media & Photography
8.1. Photographs, video, and audio may be captured at the Event for promotional, reporting, and archival purposes.
8.2. By attending, you consent to the Organisers using your image and likeness in such materials, including on websites and social media, without payment. If you do not wish to appear, please notify a staff member or the Organisers in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
9. Food & Facilities
9.1. Food and drink will be available for purchase on the day. Availability is not guaranteed.
9.2. Attendees with allergies or dietary requirements are responsible for managing their own needs; the Organisers cannot guarantee allergen-free food.
10. Changes & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
10.1. The Organisers may change the Event program, schedule, or arrangements where reasonably necessary.
10.2. The Organisers are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including extreme weather, fire, natural disaster, pandemic, public health directives, venue unavailability, or government restrictions.
11. Privacy
11.1. Personal information collected when you purchase a ticket is used only to administer the Event and related communications, and is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Tickets are sold through TryBooking, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
