By purchasing a ticket, ticket holders and their guests acknowledge the following:

a) you consent to receiving event-related communications and correspondence from the Event Organiser.

b) you confirm that all attendees will be 18 years of age or older on the date of the event. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon entry.

c) the Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

c) you agree to comply with the University of Notre Dame Australia Code of Conduct, together with all applicable University policies and procedures.

d) you agree to comply with all reasonable directions issued by the Event Organiser and venue staff.

e) you acknowledge that the Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event,any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the University's policy and conduct requirements. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

f) understand that the event may be photographed and/or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image by the Notre Dame Law Stduents’ Society, unless you notify the Event Organiser in writing prior to the event.

g) you acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise determined by the Event Organiser.

h) you are responsible for ensuring that any information provided during ticket purchase, including dietary requirements and contact details, is accurate and up to date.
