Seating: Seating is general admission. Doors open at 1:30pm. Please arrive in good time, as late arrivals may need to wait for a suitable break in the performance before entering.

Refunds and transfers: Please note that tickets are not refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else. Please contact us if the booking name needs to be updated.

Cancellation or major changes: If the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted and offered a refund or other available option, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Photography and recording: Please do not film or record the full performance without permission. Short personal photos or clips are fine, provided they do not disturb other audience members or the performers.
Good Gravy may take photos or short video during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be identifiable in event photos or video, please speak to us on arrival.

Behaviour and safety: We want this to be a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a person to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unreasonable.
