Terms & Conditions
Week 2 opt‑out:
If after the first two sessions you feel SongShed isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to refund the remaining sessions.
Absences:
Generally, refunds aren’t offered for absences, as participants receive sheet music, home‑practice recordings and regular email updates to stay connected with the program.
If you need to discuss an extended absence, please contact the leader.
Skill level:
To ensure rehearsals feel enjoyable and manageable for the whole group, we may occasionally recommend a short private lesson to support skill‑building if the pace is feeling challenging. If it becomes clear that the program isn’t the right fit at this time, we will refund the remaining sessions.
Maintaining a safe space:
All communication between members is expected to remain polite and respectful. The leader will provide opportunities for discussion and feedback on choir matters; any further concerns can be raised privately with the leader at an appropriate time.
