bbodance Gala Concert – Terms and Conditions of Entry
No Filming or Recording: Filming, photography, audio recording, or the use of phones during the performance is not allowed under any circumstances. This is to protect the performers and maintain the integrity of the show.
Concession Tickets: Concession tickets are available to Community Services Card holders, SuperGold Card holders, full-time tertiary students, and those with a valid disability ID. Proof of eligibility must be shown if requested. If you are unable to provide valid identification, you may be asked to pay the difference for a full-price ticket.
Child Tickets: Child tickets apply to school-aged children only. Children under 3 years of age who do not require their own seat may attend free of charge.
No Refunds or Exchanges: Please double-check your booking before purchasing. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred unless required by New Zealand consumer law. No refunds will be given for change of mind or failure to attend.
Admission Rights: bbodance reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is not complying with these conditions or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Late Entry: Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, and entry is not guaranteed once the show has begun.
Ticket Check: Please have your printed or digital ticket ready to show at the door.
