Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else in the wedding industry. Just send through their name and email before the event so we can update our records.
Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
Minimum numbers
This event requires a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If that minimum isn't met, we reserve the right to cancel and will notify you with as much notice as possible, along with a full refund.
What's included
Your ticket includes full-day access to the workshop, a light working lunch, and tea and coffee throughout the day. Travel, accommodation, and parking are not included.
What to bring
Bring your own laptop and charger. We'll be working hands-on throughout the day.
Who this is for
This workshop is for people actively working in the wedding industry. A basic understanding of how to navigate your own social media accounts is expected.
Photography and content
Photos and video may be taken throughout the day for marketing purposes. By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you'd prefer not to appear in any content, just let us know on the day.
Conduct
We ask that all attendees engage respectfully with the facilitator and each other.
Changes to content
The structure and outcomes of the day will remain as described, though the running order may be adjusted on the day to suit the group.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
