By completing this booking you agree to the following terms.
**Supervision & Responsibility**
A parent or carer must remain with their child for the entire duration of the session. You are responsible for your child's safety, wellbeing and behaviour at all times. Mini Messes Education facilitators are not responsible for the individual supervision of children.
**Health & Safety**
All materials used in our sessions are non-toxic and taste safe. Please do not bring your child to a session if they are unwell. If your child becomes unwell during a session we ask that you take them home promptly out of consideration for other families.
**Allergies & Medical Conditions**
You must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions at the time of booking. Materials commonly used include cornflour, food colouring, sand, water, foam, slime, rice and cloud dough. Mini Messes Education cannot be held liable for any reaction arising from an undisclosed allergy or sensitivity.
**Cancellations & Refunds**
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If Mini Messes Education cancels a session you will receive a full refund or credit at your preference.
**Clothing & Personal Belongings**
We strongly recommend dressing your child in clothing you are comfortable getting dirty and bringing a change of clothes. Mini Messes Education is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings.
**Photography**
We may photograph or film sessions for use on our website and Instagram (@mini_messes). If you do not wish for your child to be photographed please inform us at the start of the session.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
