# Net Fun – Set Go Kids Clinic
## Terms & Conditions
By registering a participant for the Net Fun – Set Go Kids Clinic, the parent/guardian agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
### 1. Eligibility
This clinic is designed for children aged 7–10 years. Participants must be within the advertised age range at the time of the clinic.
### 2. Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are signed in and out of the clinic. FORME Netball Coaching staff will supervise participants during clinic activities only.
### 3. Parent Attendance
The Net Fun – Set Go Kids Clinic is designed as a **drop-and-go program** to encourage player independence, confidence, and engagement with coaches and fellow participants.
Parents and guardians are welcome to remain at the venue if they wish; however, parents are requested **not to sit courtside or on the sidelines during clinic activities**. A designated viewing or waiting area may be used where available.
Parents must remain contactable throughout the clinic and be available to collect their child promptly at the conclusion of the session.
FORME Netball Coaching reserves the right to request that parents move away from the playing area if their presence is impacting participant engagement, coaching delivery, or the overall clinic environment.
### 4. Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special requirements during registration. By registering, parents/guardians confirm that the participant is physically able to participate in netball activities.
### 5. Risk Acknowledgement
Netball is a physical sport and participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and sporting injuries. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for the participant's involvement.
### 6. Photography & Media
FORME Netball Coaching may take photographs and videos during the clinic for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify FORME Netball Coaching in writing prior to the clinic.
### 7. Refund, Credit & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, a credit towards a future FORME Netball Coaching clinic may be provided, provided at least **48 hours' notice** is given prior to the commencement of the clinic.
Requests made within 48 hours of the clinic start time are not eligible for a refund or credit, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of FORME Netball Coaching.
Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from FORME Netball Coaching.
### 8. Weather & Venue Changes
The clinic will proceed in most weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe playing conditions, venue unavailability, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of FORME Netball Coaching, the clinic may be modified, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Where a clinic is cancelled by FORME Netball Coaching, participants will be offered either:
* A credit towards a future clinic; or
* A transfer to a rescheduled clinic.
FORME Netball Coaching will communicate any changes as soon as practicable via the contact details provided at registration.
### 9. Behaviour Expectations
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, volunteers, officials, and fellow participants at all times.
FORME Netball Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, bullying, or inappropriate. No refund, credit, or transfer will be issued in these circumstances.
### 10. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. FORME Netball Coaching accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
### 11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FORME Netball Coaching, its coaches, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the clinic, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

### Agreement
By completing registration, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their child's participation in the Net Fun – Set Go Kids Clinic.
