• All ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are only available if a performance is cancelled or as required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Late arrivals may be admitted during an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of Front of House staff.
• Photography, video recording and audio recording during the performance are strictly prohibited.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off or silenced before the performance begins.
• Children aged 5–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The performance runs for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes, with no interval.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove patrons whose behaviour disrupts the performance or the enjoyment of other audience members.
• The production contains mature themes and is recommended for audiences aged 13 years and over. Parental discretion is advised.
