One kit per person — Participants may receive one twin‑heart kit for the duration of the campaign. Multiple registrations will not result in additional kits.
Postal delays — We are not liable for delays in postage or delivery once kits have been sent.
Materials provided — All materials are supplied except scissors, which participants must provide.
Correct postal address — Participants must provide an accurate postal address. Replacement kits cannot be guaranteed if an incorrect address is supplied.
Zoom access — Participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to Zoom.
Workshop conduct — Respectful participation is expected. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session.
Privacy — Participants may keep their camera off. Recording the session is not permitted.
Use of hearts — Hearts created are for personal wellbeing and community kindness and must not be sold or used commercially
