This event is organised by the Indooroopilly State School Graduation Committee to raise funds for the 2025 Grade 6 Graduation.

This is an adults-only event. Attendees must be 18 years or older.

All tickets must be pre-purchased via TryBooking. No door sales will be available.

Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Seating is arranged in tables.

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.

Offensive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

This is a school community event. Please drink responsibly and follow school alcohol consumption guidelines as applicable.

Alcohol will be served at this event in accordance with Queensland’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.

This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be requested prior to alcohol service.

In line with RSA obligations, alcohol service will be refused to any person who is:
Under the age of 18, Displaying signs of intoxication, or Acting in a disorderly or aggressive manner.

No Bring Your Own alcohol is permitted. All alcohol must be consumed within the designated event area.

Water bubblers are available to support responsible consumption of alcohol.

Indooroopilly State School (ISS) staff, Indooroopilly State School P&C (ISS P&C) volunteers and the Graduation Committee volunteers, reserve the right to remove any attendee who fails to comply with RSA or event conduct guidelines.

You may bring your own food.

By attending this event, you consent to the use of photos or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes by the Graduation Committee, ISS and ISS P&C (e.g., newsletter, website, social media).

If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the organiser at check-in.

Attendance at this event is at your own risk.

ISS, ISS P&C and the ISS Graduation Committee and its volunteers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you release and indemnify ISS, ISS P&C, ISS GRaduation Committee and their staff, and volunteers from all liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of participation, except to the extent such liability arises due to the negligence of the organisers.

You agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by event staff or volunteers.

The organisers reserve the right to change event details or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, health regulations).

In case of cancellation, all ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate their ticket to the fundraiser.
